TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Age limit

We only accept orders from persons over 18 years of age.

2. Delivery time

Delivery time for items in stock is typically 7-14 ​​working days starting from the date of the order confirmation, depending on the country of destination. The delivery time is not to be considered an essential term.

If we expect a longer delivery time because items are not available in stock, or for other reasons, you will be informed with an email message.

3. Confirmation

When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. We recommend that you save this confirmation until you have received your items.

4. Delivery costs

Delivery costs will be shown before you complete the order. Customs fees and potential return shipping costs are not included in delivery costs and you will have to pay them separately if they apply.

5. Shipping

Your items will be delivered as a letter or package depending on weight and size, using shipping services by POSTNORD, BILLIGT PAKET or SPEDIREWEB.

6. Price & Payment

Prices are listed excluding VAT.  The 25% VAT is added and displayed at check out stage.

The following payment methods are accepted: bank money transfer, credit cards Visa and Mastercard. In case of bank transfer the items will be shipped only after actual receipt of the payment.

 

7. Colors and pictures

We do our very best to show the colors and appearance of the items as accurately as possible but we can not guarantee that the product pictures in the webshop fully and accurately reproduce the real colors of the items. The colors may differ also because of your computer and monitor settings. We can not guarantee that all the pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. Therefore the color of images on the website are not contractually binding. Some objects  visible in the images should be for styling purpose only.

 

8. Returns

If you live in Sweden, you are entitled to a refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of your package; this includes items on sale and with reduced price as well.

If you leave abroad in EU, you are entitled to a refund within 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date of your package; this includes items on sale and with reduced price as well.

Please note that the items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and including all tags.

We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your returned items.

In case of returned items, neither the original shipping costs nor the return shipping costs will be refunded.

9. Complaints / damaged goods

We guarantee that the items you have ordered are free from defects at delivery. If you receive a defected or wrongly supplied item, please contact us as soon as possible and not later than 5 (five) days from the delivery date, by sending an email to info@idedesign.eu so we can help you solve your problem. We will replace or refund products that we can confirm were damaged or wrongly supplied at delivery time, including delivery costs and return shipping costs.

If the original order included more items and only some of them are being returned because of defects at delivery, we will not refund the original shipping cost.
