This handy mushroom brush in oiled birch and horsehair effectively removes dirt and debris without damaging mushrooms. Fresh mushrooms lose flavor when it is rinsed in water - dirt and soil should bebrushed or cut off.

The brush also works great as bread baking brush with molds with small and detailed patterns when the round shape makes it small and convenient.

In the late 1900s century a small brush manufacturing started out in Stockholm. It was a successful movement so successful that it remains today. Now, as then, many brush is made by hand by visually impaired craftsmen. It brings new dimensions to the concept of sensitively made by hand.
